One release, two access windows
IllFonic lists September 8, 2026 at 9 AM PT as the official launch and September 4 at 9 AM PT as the Digital Deluxe early-access start. The earlier date describes an edition benefit, not a different platform release.
A store can expose preload or purchase controls before the launch moment. That state does not mean every edition has already unlocked.
Confirmed platform boundary
The official purchase links cover PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam and Epic Games Store. The release announcement does not name Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 or Xbox One.
Use the store connected to the account and device that will play the game. Regional purchase availability, price and age-rating restrictions belong to that live listing.

Edition checks before buying
The launch article says Deluxe early access and pre-order bonuses were tied to the period before the September 8 launch. Once the public launch time passes, verify the live edition page instead of assuming every old preorder benefit remains included.
The Deluxe Edition also lists two additional playable Civilians, Richard and Alexis. That is edition content; the base launch article separately lists ten playable Civilian characters.
If the install button is missing
Check the platform, region, edition entitlement and current time before troubleshooting the game. A PC purchase on one storefront does not imply ownership on another.
If the official launch time has passed and the correct store still does not offer installation, use the linked platform support path. Do not buy a second copy merely because a preload state is unclear.
