What happened
PlayStation Blog opened the August Players' Choice poll on September 2.
The editorial team seeds notable releases, while the final choice is determined by player votes.
The practical change: Vote through the official poll for the one August release you would recommend, rather than treating the seeded examples as a ranking.
What is confirmed
- Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, Big Walk, Beast of Reincarnation and Madden NFL 27 are named as major August releases.
- Voters are asked which single release they would recommend.
- Straight re-releases do not qualify.
- PlayStation says it will announce the winner through its social channels and Blog.
What this means for players
Players can participate in the official monthly community result.
The named games are examples and nominees, not a sales or popularity ranking.
What is still unconfirmed
The post does not state that any named title is leading and does not publish a result date.
What to do next
- 01Open the official poll from PlayStation Blog.
- 02Choose based on an August release you actually played.
- 03Wait for PlayStation's result instead of inferring a winner from social discussion.
