Do this first
- 01Confirm your world is running the 1.0 update.
- 02Locate the Scorned Wilderness and follow the Regicide quest trail.
- 03Use the Hub for building and resupply.
- 04Prepare gear and a return plan before crossing into the Raid area.
- 05Enter the Raid knowing construction is unavailable there; revise the plan after each attempt.
Do not confuse Hub and Raid
Jagex describes a new Scorned Wilderness region with a Hub where players may build and a Raid area where building is disallowed. A base plan that works in the Hub cannot simply be carried into the Raid.
Establish the staging point and resources in the buildable space. Confirm the live game's boundaries before placing structures, since promotional art is not a map.
Follow the confirmed quest boundary
Regicide is the newly added Scorned Wilderness quest. Kuldra, the God-Eater, is identified as a new end-game boss. That makes the quest a sensible orientation point, not proof of a specific mandatory weapon or party size.
The official article does not disclose every trigger, boss attack or exact route. Use in-game quest prompts for the next step instead of relying on unreleased pre-1.0 speculation.

Stage for an area without building
Bring food, healing and equipment suited to your current progression before the Raid. If an attempt reveals a missing resource, leave and solve that shortage in the Hub rather than assuming you can construct a replacement inside.
For a group, agree who is bringing supplies and where the next regroup point is. Crossplay hosting and invite codes are a separate task; verify those before committing everyone's time to a raid attempt.
Record the failure, then change one variable
After a failed attempt, distinguish a navigation problem, gear gap, resource shortage or a mechanic you have not yet observed. The official notes confirm the region and encounter, not a guaranteed winning build.
Jagex also added the Nightmare Crucible for upgrading lower Power Level weapons. Use that confirmed system if the problem is weapon progression, while checking its live requirements rather than inventing numbers.
