Direct answer

Focus's official Year 3 roadmap schedules Patch 15 for October 1, 2026; Patch 16 for Q4 2026; Patch 17 for Q1 2027; Patch 18 for Q2 2027; and Patch 19 for Q3 2027. Patch 17 adds the Apothecary class, while later patches list new Operations, reworks, Heroic weapons and armour. Focus labels the calendar subject to change, so quarters are windows rather than guaranteed days.

Evidence boundary: The September Community Update and its official roadmap graphic now provide a patch-by-patch calendar. The image explicitly says the calendar is subject to change; items not named in the roadmap or supporting text remain unconfirmed.

Do this first

  1. 01
Use October 1 for Patch 15 and quarter windows for Patches 16–19.
  2. 02
Treat every quarter as subject to change until its numbered patch notes publish.
  3. 03
Plan the Apothecary for Patch 17 in Q1 2027, not for Patch 15 or an invented day.
  4. 04
Separate free gameplay updates from the named Season Pass cosmetic packs.
  5. 05
Use the dedicated Patch 15 page for live status and the Chaos Siege page for mode rules.

The official Patch 15–19 calendar

The September battle plan assigns five windows: Patch 15 on October 1, 2026; Patch 16 in Q4 2026; Patch 17 in Q1 2027; Patch 18 in Q2 2027; and Patch 19 in Q3 2027.

The graphic says the calendar is subject to change. A quarter is a planning window, not a release day, and a roadmap line is not proof that the feature is already live.

  • Patch 15: October 1, 2026
  • Patch 16: Q4 2026
  • Patch 17: Q1 2027
  • Patch 18: Q2 2027
  • Patch 19: Q3 2027
  • Boundary: calendar subject to change

2026: Patch 15 and Patch 16

Patch 15 lists Chaos Siege, Crucible, a one-handed Thunder Hammer, the Tactical rework, three Heroic weapons and three Heroic armour pieces. The release-status page owns the October 1 verification; this roadmap page records where the patch sits in Year 3.

Patch 16 is planned for Q4 2026 with a PvP mode using Weekly Stratagems, a Vanguard rework, six Heroic weapons and three Heroic armour pieces. The roadmap does not publish a day within the quarter.

2027: Apothecary, Operations and reworks

Patch 17 is planned for Q1 2027 with the Apothecary class, a new Operation, the Absolvor Bolt Pistol, three Heroic weapons and a Heavy rework. Focus says the Apothecary Champion skin follows in the update after the class releases.

Patch 18 is planned for Q2 2027 with a new Operation, new Crucible rewards, three Heroic weapons, three Heroic armour pieces, a fourth perk row and a Prestige rework. Patch 19 is planned for Q3 2027 with the two-handed Power Sword, six Heroic weapons and three Heroic armour pieces.

Free updates and cosmetic packs are different lanes

The upper half of the official battle plan lists free updates. The lower lane lists Season Pass cosmetic packs: Space Wolves and Exorcists for Patch 15; Deathwatch and Mortifactors for Patch 16; Imperial Fists 2 and Minotaurs for Patch 17; Blood Angels 2 and White Consuls for Patch 18; and a redacted Champion Pack plus Crimson Fists for Patch 19.

A cosmetic pack listing does not make the free gameplay features paid content. Storefront ownership, prices and exact pack contents still require their own official product pages.

What remains pending

Patches 16–19 do not have exact days. The roadmap also does not publish balance values, unlock requirements, Operation names, reward tables or complete weapon access rules for later updates.

Use each numbered patch's final notes to replace roadmap-level promises with live facts. If Focus moves a quarter or feature, keep the historical roadmap as dated evidence and update the current status rather than silently rewriting the original plan.
